The products we make are designed to transcend the seasons, temporary fashion, gender or individual physicality. They are comfortable products, made to last and respect Nature. To ensure the highest quality, we exclusively use techniques from traditional craftsmanship, and actively help you maintain your garment. Did you know that you can repair them?
All relevant delivery options available for your order and to your destination will be displayed at checkout.
Shipping Times:
Express service for most of Europe and the USA: delivery within 2-4 days. Rest of the world: delivery within 3-7 days.
Standard Service for selected countries: delivery within 2-6 days.
Please keep in mind that our shipping times should be used as a guide only and are based on time from dispatch. BILULU cannot take responsibility for customs clearance delays or failed payment approval, though we will try to minimise any potential delays.
Our orders can be delivered by DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT.

REFUNDS AND RETURNS
Whilst we hope you will love everything that you order from us, we understand that sometimes something isn’t quite right. If this is the case you have 14 days to send it back to us.
All returns must be authorised by us before sending merchandise back. You must send a Refund and Return request to MAIL within 14 days of the order’s delivery date. Once we have authorised your request, we will email you the returns instructions.
You will be notified by email once your return has been received and processed.
CONDITIONS
The merchandise must not be worn, altered or washed. Merchandise must be returned in its original condition and accompanied by its original tags. Merchandise returned damaged may be rejected and sent back to the customer at the discretion of BILULU. Merchandise must also be accompanied by the original box in its original condition.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable. A refund will be issued to the original method of payment for the merchandise returned. We require up to 14 business days after receiving the merchandise at BILULU to process the return. Financial institutions may require additional days to process the refund before funds are returned to the account.
Please be aware that international customs duties and sales taxes are NOT refunded for shipments. It is the customer’s responsibility to retain copies of all tracking information and to ensure that the returned goods arrive with BILULU within the above stated timeframe. Please note that BILULU does not accept liability for returned goods.
We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit and you are advised to arrange your own insurance. We will only refund or provide an exchange for the costs of postage / transport where the item returned is faulty.
REPAIRS
We want BILULU clothing to last as long as possible. If you need an item repaired due to wear and tear please get in touch at MAIL.
CUSTOMISED ITEMS
We hope you’re excited to order your customised item! Due to the nature of this order, manufacturing lead times may vary as it is created specifically for you. Please consult the product page for more information on manufacturing times.
Please note: although customised items have a longer lead time, payment will be taken shortly after you place your order.
